Refund Policy

At Cinema Le Café, we strive to offer a unique and premium private movie screening experience. Please note the following Refund Policy that applies to all bookings:

1. No Refund Policy

All advance booking payments (₹1000) are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

This applies to cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or inability to attend.

Once a booking is confirmed, the advance cannot be transferred or refunded.

2. Balance Payment

The remaining booking amount must be paid at the Theater before your screening begins.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the advance.

3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is possible only with at least 48 hours' prior notice and is subject to availability.

If rescheduling is not possible, the advance will still remain non-refundable.

4. Upgrades & Downgrades

Upgrades (Gold to VIP) are allowed only with prior approval and subject to availability.

Downgrades (VIP to Gold) are not permitted, and no refunds will be provided for any such request.

5. Theater Rights

Cinema Le Café reserves the right to cancel or refuse bookings if Terms & Conditions are violated.

In such cases, no refund of the advance will be given.

6. Exceptions

Refunds will be considered only if the cancellation is initiated by Cinema Le Café due to technical failures, emergencies, or force majeure events where we are unable to provide service.

In such cases, either a full refund of the advance or an alternate booking date will be offered, at the management's discretion.

7. Acceptance of Policy

By completing a booking on our website or through authorized channels, you acknowledge and accept this Refund Policy.

Important: Please book only if you are confident about your chosen date and time, as our no-refund policy is strict and binding.
